New UK Japanese Restaurant Logo

Ex-Nobu Chef and Entrepreneur Collaborate on New UK Restaurant logo and Japanese Restaurant Logo: Nobu is known throughout the world for serving up some of the world’s best Japanese food along with a sophisticated ambience. Chefs who have experience working in this atmosphere obviously leave with a good idea of how branding and quality interact to create success.

This should give ex-Nobu chef Scott Hallsworth and entrepreneur Andre Cachia a huge advantage in the competitive upscale restaurant market in the UK – especially since they have a great Japanese Restaurant Logo.

The new restaurant, Wabi, is slated to open in May in Horsham, West Sussex. The two men bring a wealth of experience to the table. Cachia, a seasoned entrepreneur, brings both business and brand experience, while Hallsworth has worked at both Nobu London and Nobu Melbourne.

The brand will be contemporary Japanese Restaurant Logo. The Japanese Restaurant Logo design is as modern as it can get, with the restaurant name written in friendly lower case letters. The metallic gold colour adds an upscale touch while also suggesting quality and wealth. The B and the A are formed so that their shapes mirror each other, adding a touch of symmetry that creates a very attractive whole. This logo design is unique and easy to identify with the brand, the work of a true professional.

This branding mix of modern and Asian continues with the menu. Dishes such as slow-cooked enoki mushroom risotto with fresh Sussex edamame and shaved truffle seamlessly combine local and exotic ingredients as well as classical cooking techniques. Sushi and Japanese grill will also be available.

The restaurant will be located in the place that once housed the Horse and Groom pub. However, the site will be completed redesigned to be congruent with the brand, with Studio 21 overseeing the décor. The Asian contribution here is minimalism as well as certain materials. Wood beams will dominate much of the upstairs of the restaurant, while tatami accents in the downstairs add a lighter touch. Although there are a few low, Japanesse-style dining tables, the furnishings are overwhelmingly modern Western, with striking light fixtures and an attention to detail which also reflects the Japanese Restaurant Logo. The cocktail bar on the ground floor will also have a fully stocked aquarium with exotic fish to entertain and interest drinkers.

A less obvious but still important part of the Wabi brand is passion and creativity. Although the décor and Japanese Restaurant Logo design are both rather minimalist, both Cachia and Hallsworth are passionate about this new project and look forward to the creativity encouraged by the very nature of the brand. The chef has said that he plans to be on perpetual lookout for new and interesting ingredients around which to base Wabi’s food and cocktails. The restaurant is built to evolve with the culinary field and the needs of customers.

While one cannot speculate on crucial restaurant issues such as taste and service months before a site even opens, it is easy to see Wabi enjoying the success that Nobu London has found. Their brands (especially their Japanese Restaurant Logo) are similar but distinct. It is clear that the owner and chef both are willing to use their own creativity and tap into that of expert consultants, which is always a recipe for success.
