South American food is so trendy it is quickly approaching white hot status in the UK, so there was never a better time to open a new Brazilian restaurant in Deansgate. Bem Brasil has only just opened, but it is already dominating the competitive culinary market in its area, a startling feat considering that its neighbourhood is filled with a variety of choices, including an Argentinean restaurant just a short walk away.
