Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple, straight forward and IRON CLAD: if you do not like any of the initial design concepts we show you and tell us why, we will refund your money MINUS £47 + VAT as service fee towards time and effort spent on your project.

Refund is not applicable if redesigns or revisions/changes/variations are requested.

After refund, we will retain and register all copyrights to the initial logo design concepts that you rejected.
